Overview

Car rental services have been a cornerstone of the transportation industry, experiencing significant growth owing to travelers seeking independence. Research forecasts (Statista, 2023) show an expected rise in user penetration, highlighting the increasing demand for convenient travel experiences. This case study showcases our efforts to tackle challenges faced by Dreamz Rent-A-Car, a leading Dubai-based car rental service. Our primary focus involved crafting an intuitive mobile application, documenting our comprehensive research, design strategies, and development processes geared toward elevating the user experience.

In the project, my role encompassed contributing to the user-centric design strategies and implementing intuitive features aimed at enhancing the app's usability and overall user experience for Dreamz Rent-A-Car
